Facilities Operations Specialist

The Facilities Operations Specialist (Infrastructure Property Development) plays a critical role in maintaining tools, resources, and organizational systems within the IPD department. This position provides comprehensive support to the Facilities Manager, Real Estate Directors, Brand Operations Manager, and the VP of Airport Affairs. The Facilities Operations Specialist will oversee existing systems, support operational and capital projects, and contribute to the efficient functioning of IPD operations.

 

What you'll do:

Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, negotiate financially significant contracts, and oversee execution for leasehold improvements, breakroom infrastructure, and emergency maintenance Oversee budget tracking, vendor payments, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance financial efficiency within the IPD network Own the IPD Hub, ensuring up-to-date documentation, efficient workflows, and adherence to OSHA compliance and audit resolutions Conduct site assessments, define project scopes for national rollouts, and oversee implementation of infrastructure upgrades, branding installations, and facilities asset management Oversee and standardize pest control, cleaning, waste management, and emergency maintenance programs, ensuring swift issue resolution and long-term sustainability Conduct site surveys, recommend strategic facility improvements, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for new operational sites

 

How you'll measure success:

Operational Efficiency & Vendor Management Timely processing of vendor requests, PO generation, and invoice audits Accuracy in tracking contractor work execution across network leasehold improvements Budget adherence and cost efficiency in tracking spending across facilities Compliance & Risk Management Percentage of resolved audit issues and OSHA compliance adherence Timeliness in addressing emergency maintenance and flagged operational risks Effectiveness of pest control, cleaning, and waste management programs

The base salary range for this role is $75,000-$80,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
