Operations Manager - Facilities - London (Central) - Full time 

Managing a London portfolio comprised of a corporate office and two town houses, we are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a background in operational management, to work with a high-end, global leader in prestige beauty.

The Facilities Operations Manager (FOM) is a role dedicated to the delivery of the services and communication with key stakeholders. The FOM will live and breathe a high-touch service. They'll take information from the helpdesk and transform it into valuable insight, feeding it back frequently to each key stakeholder.

Candidates for this role should live and breathe enhanced workplace experience. This person will constantly innovate what we are doing and how it can be developed to improve the workplace experience for Client colleagues. They are responsible for all service lines in contract for the site, such as Hard Services, Soft Services, Mail & Courier, Cleaning, Security, Finance; and for ensuring an integrated model is delivered.

Job Overview

Combining the approach of a five-star Hotel Manager with a Business Improvement Manager, this person will be responsible for taking customer and client feedback and combining this with shared best practice and performance data to create a world class workplace experience. The candidate will set and maintain high standards of service output and customer engagement so that Client expectations are consistently exceeded, ensuring the high-quality presentation of all internal and external building areas to guarantee a positive user experience throughout the estate.

This person will be the key point of contact for Clients and Customers, with regards to service delivery and workplace experience; for resolving any questions, queries or issues and liaising with the Head of FM as required for escalation, feedback and support.

As Facilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for everything that goes on within your remit, from HR, Finance and Contracts to being a Subject Matter Expert on service lines.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should be: Resilient and confident in dealing with people at all levels. You should also be able to handle several conflicting priorities. Have Excellent communication skills both verbal and written & a high level of IT literacy. Furthermore, it is imperative to have knowledge of Hard and Soft Services
