Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall facilities management and operations. This position is accountable for working with internal technicians and/or external vendors and partnering with operational managers.

Job responsibility:Act as liaison between building owners and the management company to maintain day-to-day operations for multiple leased facilities; hold landlord accountable to responsibilities as defied in lease agreementsManager a small team of administrative, vendors or contractor and/or Facilities Services Techs to coordinate workload, establish and maintain existing processes and procedures, and meet client expectationsIdentify and initiative cost-savings actions to lower the company's overall operational budgeProvide project management support on small to large office construction, remodeling, redecorating, layout and move projectsInterpret complex drawings and plans relating to structural, mechanical and electrical construction documentsResponsible for ensuring all facility design documentation is maintained and archivedManage space changes and moves, as well as office furniture needs and ergonomics, including estimating costs, managing schedules, purchasing activities and installationAssist Director Facilities in departmental planning activities for operation and capital expenses involved with quarterly forecasting, which may include monitoring and tracking multiple cost centers as well as preparing financial reports and notesImplement, maintain and carry out an effective Preventative Maintenance (PM) system for maintaining building systemsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development, oversight and implementation of departmental budgetResponsible for leading a team through teaching, coaching and inspiring by fostering a sense of energy, ownership and a responsibility for the flawless execution of operation excellence; engage in the selection and hiring process as neededOther responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate
