Facilities Manager (Hard Services)

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager (Hard Services) with a background in FM project management and operational management.  As a people manager you will have managed both sub-contractors and your own team ensuring high levels of delivery within SLAs and KPI's.  You will be expected to have worked in an environment whereby you have managed, monitored and controlled costs ensuring achievements of financial targets.   As you will play a key role in the audit process you will be experienced in management information, operational finance and reporting in a technical capacity. 

You will be pivotal in engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships including managing multi-disciplinary teams.  Holding an H&S certificate you will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of CDM regulations and be technically competent in MEP. 

Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office you must hold a minimum standard of C&G Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, building services or air conditioning/refrigeration. 

Although you will be based at the National Grid Training School in Eakring, you may on occasions be required to travel to other National Grid sites.
