About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Malabar, working with a key government client. This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite 5 days a week, supporting a critical facility under a government contract.

Primary Purpose of the Role
You’ll be responsible for the efficient delivery of all contracted FM services under the Services Agreement. The role involves day-to-day operations, financial oversight, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver all facilities management services in line with contractual obligations Manage financial performance, including contract and reimbursable works Build strong working relationships with the client and the internal BGIS team Ensure full compliance with WHS&E policies and procedures

Experience Required

Extensive experience in property, corporate real estate, or complex facilities management Proven track record in delivering integrated services including FM, property, projects, and financial management Strong business acumen with solid financial management capabilities Knowledge of QA, OH&S, and environmental systems Ability to respond quickly to change and apply flexible, innovative solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly regarded

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline
