In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of services and maintaining the highest standards of facility management. Key Responsibilities:

Develop a site-specific understanding to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Complete ad-hoc reports as required, providing key insights and updates.
Manage the delivery of the Services Agreement, ensuring that all contractual KPIs are consistently achieved.
Advocate for the customer by delivering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction.
Lead and manage both reactive and preventative maintenance programs, coordinating with employees and subcontractors through clear and effective communication.
Maintain strict adherence to WHS & E policies and procedures across all stakeholders, ensuring a safe working environment.

Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on operational excellence and service delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of WHS & E policies and a commitment to workplace safety.
