Facilities Manager

As a Facility Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of facility operations to assist the facilities management team in completion of multiple functions of building operations and maintenance. Your focus will be on oversight, responsiveness to colleague needs, inspection and reporting, support for operational changes, and effective coordination of work across a medium size portfolio.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant work experience5 Years of Facility, Operations, Administrative or relevant experience

What will you be doing in this role?

Collaborate with the landlord to ensure the overall functionality and safety of the office space.Monitor contractors as required during projects, managing maintenance and repairs across a medium size portfolio.Respond to colleague security access needs for assigned locations, ensuring adherence to security protocols.Respond to escalated colleague inquires and complaints, delivering timely and quality service and following up to ensure colleague satisfaction.Perform daily inspections and prepare reports for maintenance of office spaces, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulations.Coordinate and lead move, add and change activities.Contribute to the preparation of operating and capital budgets.Identify and coordinate maintenance to be performed both internally and externally.Manage vendor relationships and train vendors on work order and billing procedures, processing invoices and ensuring accurate cost center coding.Reviews periodic reports including financials, reviewing variances and working with the finance team to correct errors.Proactively identify and define issues, taking initiative to resolve them.Management of Health and Safety policies, risk assessments, and compliance.

About the Team

The Global Real Estate and Facilities team is made up of 40+ colleagues across 12 countries.  We provide day-to-day facility management support, ensure the safety and sustainability of our offices, and provide strategic support and analysis on the effectiveness and utilization of our offices. 

Hours of Work

On-site position working 5 days a week Monday through Friday.Full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
