This role will be responsible for:
Providing professional Facilities Management services and overseeing subcontracted services to ensure a continuous focus on customer service, with support from the Account Director. Additionally, you will ensure that Cushman & Wakefield meets the performance management framework requirements and associated KPIs, aligning with the proposed governance structure.
You will also ensure that all Work Health and Safety and compliance requirements are met for the tenancy. The Facilities Manager will facilitate continuous collaboration between all client and C&W stakeholders to provide seamless service delivery.
There are both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
About The Role:
Financial management of budget, forecasts and actual results for the site and per agency
Monitor and review financial and service delivery performance for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works.
Lead a customer service culture and actively engaged team to ensure client commitments and communication requirements are met at and above the expected level.
Client and supplier relationship management through regular meetings and reporting.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the team and build a strong relationship with the client.
Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for the tasks associated with the contract.
Overview the control, induction and supervision of Subcontractors and Third Party Suppliers.
Contractor governance for material suppliers
Asset collation and management to feed into asset lifecycle planning.
Management of procurement activities, in conjunction with C&W central procurement, ensuring CLIENT guidelines are followed.
About You:
Previous experience with Hard and Soft Services Facilities Management at a managerial level.
Strong reporting and administration background.
Ability to work in a team or be self-driven when required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate Computer Skills; JDE or Converga experience desirable.
Experienced in meeting external and internal client needs consistent with service level agreements.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and influence business relationships in a positive direction.
