In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations. Required Experience: + Managing maintenance schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for facilities, daily activities, evaluation planning and execution; + At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience; and + Handling routine upkeep/maintenance for multiple buildings and their surrounding areas; to include making minor repairs prior to submitting a work order, assist in completion of self-help projects, key control, and inspections. Duties Include: + Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial/logistical solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner; + Serve as energy and water conservation monitor and advocates for each facility's future needs; + Prepare and submit products to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns; and + Ensure the dissemination of guidance based on the leadership strategy.
