Job DescriptionAECOM EC is seeking for a candidate to be based in Bangalore with the following skill sets :
Plan, streamline, and execute administrative proceduresRecruit, train, and allocate responsibilities and office space to staffEnsure the office is functioning securely and effectivelyPrepare and review operational reportsIdentify opportunities to improve policies or objectivesSet priorities and track deadlines Handle budgets and ensure complianceOversee a variety of tasks at once and keep the team organized Assist in preparation of annual budget forecast.Plan and execute office renovation and repair workMonitor office vehicle movement and ensure its optimal utilization in day-to-day workCoordination with internal and external stakeholders, service providers for booking of domestic and international tickets as per the requirements.Plan and Organize eventsManage efficient operation of the organization's buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment.Ensure processes and procedures comply with relevant policies and regulationsStreamline business operations to keep costs within established budgetsEstablishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate. Reviews objectives to determine success of operation. Managing outsourced contract services for Housekeeping, pantry, Reception, driver, and other areas for effective service delivery.Ensure office stationery, pantry and utility items are standardized, sufficiently stocked and issue system are in placeTeam management skill.Skill of co-ordination and managing of stake holders/ senior managementWork on Agreements and POQualifications10 + years of experience in relevant field .Sound knowledge and understanding of office administration, operation and facilities management practices.Should possess administrative experience, knowledge.Excellent verbal and written communication in English.Experience of working in an international organization.Proficiency in MS Office, excel skills, and numerical abilities.Ability to work with multiple tasks, demands and deadlines with a positive and constructive attitude.Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skillsCapable of clearly communicating with othersSuperb organizational and time-management abilitiesAdditional Information
