**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
Weekly Pay $26-$34/hr
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and orderliness of the property and oversight of the maintenance systems to ensure optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction in accordance with department protocol.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete work orders for tasks related to the physical maintenance and repairs of the assigned buildings utilizing work order related software programs.
+ Respond to emergency situations in accordance with departmental protocol.
+ Assist in establishing and maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories, and logs.
+ Implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and maintain all related records and logs.
+ Assist with controlling expenses associated with the operation of the buildings.
+ Communicate effectively regarding building status and changes.
+ Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times with tenants, hospital clients, co-workers, vendors, patients, etc.
+ Utilize materials, supplies, tools, and other building property in a safe, productive manner.
+ Perform HVAC preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Maintain chillers, boilers, rooftop units, air handlers, bag houses, belts, filters, exhaust systems.
+ Handle electrical wiring and installation (outlets, furniture, fans).
+ Perform painting tasks.
+ Conduct carpentry and flooring work.
+ Handle plumbing for sinks, restrooms, and kitchens.
+ Perform minor appliance repairs.
+ Manage furniture maintenance and Trane Tracer controls.
**Essential Skills**
+ Facilities maintenance
+ HVAC preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
+ Commercial and healthcare facilities maintenance experience
+ Experience with maintaining a 90,000 sq. ft. building
+ 3+ years of experience
+ Must have relevant certifications
+ Schematic reading
+ Hand tool proficiency
+ General maintenance skills
+ Boiler operation and troubleshooting
+ Electrical work

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
