Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist in building maintenance and machine repair. This position will be a helping hand that can ride along with our Head Facilities Tech to button up some outstanding maintenance and carpentry, specifically in Ogden. A primary focus will be performing basic drywall, flooring, and minor electrical work. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively problem solve to quickly make repairs on facilities and equipment.\n

Job Responsibilities Include:\n\nCommunicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and\/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).\nPerform basic drywall, flooring, and minor electrical work\nCompletes work assignments and priorities in a timely manner\nComplies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity\nInspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, plumbing, etc.)\nMonitor inventory of materials and equipment\nEnsure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations\n\n

Required Qualifications:\n\nExcellent troubleshooting and repair skills\nExcellent mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills\nEffective communication skills; speak, read and write English\nAbility to work nights and weekends (as needed)\nAbility to travel within the state of Utah\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\n\n

Education and Work Experience (preferred, NOT required):\n\nRefrigeration, Plumbing and Electrical repair experience\nExperience working with blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals\nCourse work or certification in welding, electrical, mechanical automation, or industrial electronics\n
