Volt has immediate openings for Facilities Maintenance Technicians with a private real estate investment firm in Orange County, CA. This is a fantastic direct hire career opportunity with excellent benefits, opportunity for training, and career growth!

Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician
\r\nLocations: Irvine, Newport Beach, Rancho Santa Margarita, and Tustin
\r\nSchedule: 9am-6pm with 2 consecutive weekdays off.
\r\nPay Rate: $21.50-29/Hr.

\r\n\r\n

*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

\r\n\r\n

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tKeep rental properties in pristine condition, both inside and out\r\n\tTroubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances\r\n\tConduct preventative maintenance on properties and within units\r\n\tRepair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items\r\n\tPerform carpentry and painting when necessary\r\n\tMaintain accurate daily maintenance records and action items\r\n\tInteract professionally with vendors and suppliers\r\n\tProvide excellent customer service to tenants and clients\r\n\r\n\r\n

What We’re Looking For:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExcellent customer service skills\r\n\tAbility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings\r\n\t2 years of experience in Maintenance, Painting, Plumbing, and Appliance Repair\r\n\tGeneral knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service\r\n\tValid Driver's License and Work Authorization\r\n\tAt least 1 year of HVAC experience (Preferred)\r\n\tExperience in the apartment industry (Preferred)\r\n\tHigh School Diploma\r\n\r\n\r\n
