Sodexo is seeking an onsite Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for Troy University in Alabama. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, have excellent interpersonal skills, and must enjoy working with clients, vendors and the facilities management team to achieve excellent customer service. This position will assist with the resources to complete reactive and preventative work orders with vendors, technicians, and the client, in campus facilities.

What You'll Do Assist team with vendor management, vendor selection and onboardingActively participate in scheduling meetings with partners to finalize priority of work ordersAssist manager with the hiring, training and onboarding processes and other duties as assignedManage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completionApproach all aspects of the work being performed with safety as the highest priority, ensuring OSHA regulations are followedObtaining accurate proposals, issue purchase orders with NTE, monitor work completion and obtain work completion paperwork, final receipt in CMMS for invoicing Handle routine facilities operations by procuring supplies and services, assigning work orders in CMMS, use written and verbal communication as a liaison between vendors and client What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
