Work Experience

What You'll Do as a Grounds Maintenance Associate:

Assist employees with internal relocations by moving and arranging furniture, partitions, and other equipment according to specific directions.Cleans work areas, and performs heavy grounds maintenance, including but not limited to mowing, weed eating, fertilizing, leaf collection, planting and pruning, trash collection, and light irrigation.May perform other job duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

Relevant trade school certification or other related education.Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.Basic knowledge of general maintenance in areas including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC, grounds maintenance, plumbing, and arranging furniture and partitions.At least 6 months experience with operating equipment, including but not limited to, mower, utility vehicle, tractor, forklift, and skid steer.
