About the Intern Program
12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd40 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Assist in the maintenance and operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems including the development of building management strategy.Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs in our EAM software.Conduct regular inspections of facilities and log findings and corrective actions in our EMSTAR system.Help coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers for facility-related projects and repairs.Collaborate with other functional groups to support their facility needs and projects.Prepare and maintain documentation related to facility operations, maintenance, and safety in accordance with ISO 14001.Participate in facility improvement projects and initiatives.Assist in the development of energy savings opportunities in collaboration with our Energy Management team according to our goals in alignment with ISO 50001. Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
