We are looking for a Director for our European, Middle East, and Northern African Region Facilities Management with experience in Facilities Maintenance and Operations that align to business unit strategies and increase efficiency and effectiveness through the development, implementation, and monitoring of an effective strategy to enhance employee experience, reduce negative cashflow, support business growth, maintain continuity of operations, and provide for the safety and security of all employees.
The applicant will join a Global Facilities team and serve as the subject matter expert on all EMEA facilities matters. The applicant will be responsible/assist with establishing policies and standards affecting global facilities program activities internationally. The applicant provides direction and technical support in developing and maintaining country programs’ context-specific global facility operational plans.

What you'll own
Prioritise, coordinate, and monitor completion of work requests/orders for all facility maintenance issues handled by staff or vendors.Oversee the management of facilities maintenance databases, ensuring all asset data is accurate and up to date.Maintain a stable work environment by ensuring all maintenance on critical support equipment is completed and equipment is working at expected capacity.Plan facilities organisational structure to accommodate growth and changing priorities.Negotiate contracts with vendors, maintain vendor relationships, and oversee the Regional Facilities budget, including purchase orders, monthly accruals, OpEx, and CapEx planning.What you Bring:
Knowledge of facilities functions, including building codes, electrical systems, furniture, space design, building materials, and real estate.Understanding of security procedures and project management methods.Ability to supervise, lead, and manage staff effectively.Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences at all organisational levels.Strong problem-solving, team management, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.Accountable – You never standing still, never settle.
