The Opportunity
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for many areas. You will manage the administration and management of the site CMMS system, including working with vendor to ensure updates and licenses are current. You will scope and plan work orders. As well as arrange for materials and prepare work packages including all information required to perform the work. You will work onsite Monday - Friday 7 :00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Your Impact
Scope and plan work orders. Arrange for materials and prepare work packages including all information required to perform the work
Coordinate with Operations in scheduling of Preventive and other planned maintenance activities
Develop weekly maintenance work assignments, including preventive and planned maintenance, project and corrective work orders
Prepare preventive maintenance routines and ensure they are reviewed and modified
Update equipment history based on feedback from technicians
Update work plans, BOMs, equipment files and maintain equipment documents
Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual parts inventory
Order, receive, and stock spare parts
Schedule and manage outside vendor maintenance
Source new vendors for services and parts for cost savings opportunities
What You Bring
1 year experience in inventory control/maintenance planning
Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office or other similar systems
Knowledge of inventory management systems
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
