Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily facilities operations, including maintenance schedules and service requests Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks Manage work orders, track progress, and update maintenance records Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvements and upgrades Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Provide administrative support to the facilities management team, including reporting and documentationAbout You:
Proven experience in facilities coordination or a related role Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in using facilities management software and MS Office applications Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards Must be an Australian citizenWhy Join Us:
