About the Role
BGIS is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Singleton, NSW. In this role, you will provide essential support for the management and maintenance of facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repair activities. Liaise with service providers, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and security regulations. Support the implementation of facilities management plans. Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facilities operations. Respond to facility-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.About You
Prior experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management systems. Australian citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements. Eligibility to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.Why Join Us
