FACILITIES COORDINATOR
**What would I be doing?** Under general supervision provides administrative support to the facilities director, managers, supervisors and department to promote the highest caliber guest service to all guests and team members. Responsible for administration, support of the maintenance work order and preventative maintenance program. Will also provide administrative support for the department. **Responsibilities** _(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)_ + Perform typing, telephone, and correspondence tasks for the department as needed. + Enter purchase requests in SW system, track purchases and follow through with receipt of purchases and invoices. + Responsible for budget tracking of all purchases and services and generation of weekly reports for budget line items, labor, and other information as requested. + Responsible for all administrative aspects of the HOTSOS system including generation of reports, data entry, new user approvals, and preventative maintenance support. + Organize and track all contracts for accuracy of billing, renewal dates and revisions as needed. + Retrieve, sort, date stamp, and distribute all incoming mail. + Coordinate the efficient operation of the department by maintaining confidential and general files, maintaining manuals and performing necessary duties relevant to the department. + Operate and maintain sign-engraving machine. + Provide support and information to the departmental team members as needed. + High degree of skill in Microsoft Word & Excel, ability to type 60 WPM and basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Point. + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. + Ability to logically and independently plan, organize and complete work. + Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints. + Ability to perform basic math calculations and understand budgets. + Ability to prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence. **What are we looking for?** _(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)_ + Minimum high school education; additional education preferred + Four years office/administrative experience. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):** Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions Must successfully pass background check Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening Must be 21 years of age **CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENT** Delivers superior internal and external guest service in Boyd Style. **What would it be like to work at this property?** Overlooking the Missouri River, this 130,000 square-foot casino and AAA Four Diamond full-service luxury suite hotel is in historic St. Charles.
