Launch your career in Facilities Management at JLL! JLL is looking for an energetic and dynamic Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide overall facilities support.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Reporting to: Regional Facilities Manager

Type of Employment: Full-Time w/JLL employee benefits within 1 month of employment  

What this job involves:

Duties will include operational activities in light maintenance tasks, vendor management assistance, ordering equipment and supplies, and ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.

What your day-to-day will look like: Manage all facility management tasks as assigned from Facilities Management TeamCoordinate special events in support of client or JLL Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directedAssist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activitiesCultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives (JLL or external) and service providersPerforming day-to-day oversight/monitoring of work order completion and follow-up with service provider and clientRecommend continuous quality improvement practices across the client portfolio Work with the Facility Managers in creating work orders and following up on any work order issuesSupport the Facilities Manager with assigning tasks to vendors, completing tasks, and updates to Corrigo work order programAssist in training vendors/engineers on all applicable software platforms as needed (Corrigo, Archibus, etc.) On-call - as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:High School diploma requiredAssociates degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration Superior customer service skills and orientation Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Proficient in MS Office, strong computer skills, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
