Responsibilities

The Facilities Coordinator reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of the property’s facilities functions.

 

Receives, manages, and processes work order requestsEnsures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient mannerActs as a liaison between the facilities team and outside contractors Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed Drafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipmentEnsures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the property Qualifications High school diploma or GEDMinimum two years of related experience required Strong customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment   Options Submit resume for this job onlineSubmit ResumeShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
