Job Description
As a receptionist, you will enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations. You will engage visitors, employees, and callers in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner. Your role will require demonstrating confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills. You will serve as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for campus services and activities, while effectively monitoring and maintaining the front desk, lobby, and common areas to ensure a safe, clean, organized environment that reflects brand standards.
ResponsibilitiesExecute the badging process for employees, visitors, and third-party providers.Process incoming and outgoing mail along with other deliveries.Implement and monitor standards of service to meet and exceed expectations.Connect with clients, customers, and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions.Collaborate with all services within the facility and work with facilities management to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.Work across teams to communicate and prepare for meetings and events, anticipate and address concerns, and ensure operations without incident.Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through the appropriate channels/systems.Identify potential risks and escalate as appropriate to ensure no privacy breach, security incident, or disruption.Perform ad hoc assignments and provide administrative support for seamless and timely delivery of services.Essential SkillsExperience with front desk operations and customer service.Proficiency in administrative support and receptionist duties.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.Ability to be customer service oriented and maintain professionalism.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the facilities industry is advantageous.Clerical and administration experience is beneficial.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
