Facilities Associate
Job Description A retail client for Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Associate to join their Store Development team in their Bethesda, MD office. The candidate will have input to support corporate office repair, mailroom functions, space optimization, contract services, reception area, and purchasing of equipment and supplies and will have a shared responsibility to monitor data center facility operations. This position would convert around $60,000 a year. Assist in the coordination of activities, planning administrative systems, and overseeing select repairs and maintenance concerned with the operation of a commercial office facility Assist in the coordination of all installation and refurbishments and support the arranging of internal office moves Coordinate the upkeep of equipment to meet health and safety standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience in facilities, corporate property management, or similar experience On-call and after-hours support is required and periodically needed Experience working with cross-functional teams in both a support and collaborative style Project management and time management skills Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to coordinate work and activities with tight and shifting timelines Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment in person, over the phone, and in writing Proven project management skills Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience CMMS or similar Work Order Management System experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
