The role
As a Facilities Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Meeting customers’ needs at Air Command and RAF High Wycombe.


Day-to-day, you’ll report all building defects, as well as:

Control and book conference room facilities and equipment. Facilitate the control and co-ordination of visitors and contractors. Carry out Fire Safety Management duties. Coordinate Fire Wardens Support and perform the tasks of other department staff in their absence, as directed by the Accounts Manager


This role is part time and based onsite at our RAF High Wycombe site. The hours of this role are Thursday 08:30am to 5pm and Friday 08:30am to 4:30pm and alternate Wednesday 08:30am to 5pm.


Essential experience of the Facilities Administrator:

Previous evidence of working in a customer focused role delivering excellent customer service. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.


Qualifications for the Facilities Administrator:

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance for this role.
