Job Description

THE POSITION:

As Facilities Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of our warehouse facilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and functional workspace for our employees. Leveraging your financial background, you’ll also contribute to budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting related to facility operations.

At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We’re open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can’t wait. 

Front Desk Management:

Manage visitor access, issue badges, and maintain visitor logsCoordinate with security personnel to ensure a secure and welcoming environmentAssist employees with general inquiries related to facilities and office servicesAssist in the administrative functions of training to include room set up, packet assembly and follow up if necessary

Administrative Oversight & Communication:

Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, and parking lotsDelegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team membersEnsure proper security measures for the workplace, collaborating with on-site security teamMonitor expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to financial guidelinesManage vendor relationships and and collaborates with vendors on work orders and billing proceduresHandle departmental accounting tasks, including invoice processing and creating POs

Other special initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred1+ years proven experience in facilities management, customer service, or a similar roleDetail-oriented, organized, and proactive1+ years experience handling budgetsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusStrong organizational and filing skills

Starting pay: $19 per hour. OT eligible

This role takes place in a temperature-controlled environment year-round.  

MANDATED UNIFORM: khaki-colored pants, close-toed shoes, and a business casual shirt. Leggings, yoga pants, or any form-fitting stretch pants are not permitted. Shoes should be sturdy and provide full coverage, ensuring no skin or socks are visible through the shoe material. Once the probationary period has concluded (60 days) employees receive an allotment to receive customized EVERSANA uniforms.
