Fabricator

$17.50/hr. + DOE, Willing to Train! 

 (1st shift) Mon-Thurs 6 am-4:30 pm (2nd shift) Mon-Thurs 4:30 pm-2:30 am; some Fridays may be needed   

Are you a detail oriented Fabricator that produces high quality products? If so, this position is for you! A local trailer manufacturing company in the Sheldon, IA area is looking for a Fabricator to join their growing team! As a Fabricator, you will operate various types of mechanical and hydraulic machines to produce the highest standard of quality products.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate multiple mechanical and hydraulic machines. Create metal products according to prints. Utilize correct procedures to operate forklift, hoist, and crane  Read/understand and execute shop orders, engineer drawings, and written directions Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED. Ability to utilize measuring tools accurately. Ability to convert fractions to decimals utilizing a chart. Team player with good interpersonal, verbal communication, and active listening skills. Ability to lift 50lbs. and push/pull 100lbs. on an occasional basis.
