**Job Title: Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Fabricator with a focus on metal fabrication, particularly with thin gauge stainless steel and aluminum. The role involves fabricating custom parts for ventilation and dust collection systems in a 1st shift schedule from 5am to 4:30pm. (Start and end time car vary depending on OT requirement. Currently working 10 -15 hours of overtime per week) **Responsibilities** + Fabricate custom parts for dust collection and ventilation systems. + Work with thin gauge materials, primarily 16 to 14 gauge sheet metal and ductwork. + Read and interpret blueprints to perform layout, tacking, and welding seams. + Use shears, press brakes, grinders, rollers, saws, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment. + Possibly weld stainless steel and carbon steel. + Ensure precision in measurements and layout work. **Essential Skills** + 1-5 years of experience in metal fabrication, ideally with thin gauge stainless steel and aluminum. + Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work. + Experience using tape measures accurately. + Custom environment fabrication experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with presses, plasma cutters, drills, and saws. + Welding experience (MIG and TIG) is a plus but not required. + Ability to adapt to various product requirements in a job shop environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a great culture and growth opportunities.
