Responsibilities\n

Fabrication Production Team Members will be performing a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility including:\n\nStanding for extended periods of time to stand on concrete and\/or elevated platforms\nOur fabrication work environment is cold and damp.\nProcess and break down pieces for packing\nRemove meat from bone for further processing\n\nCut, trim and skin to specifications\n\n\nUse tools and\/or machinery such as knives, hooks, saws, skinner machines, etc.\nMust wear protective safety equipment.\n\n

Qualification\n\nBeef processing experience preferred\nKnife experience\nStable work history\n\n
