Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is partnered with facility in Lebanon PA that is in need of a Fabrication Operator! This is a great opportunity with a well established company in the Lebanon area. Looking for candidates that have experience in manufacturing ideally. 

Job Title – Fabrication Operator

Pay Rate – $16.50 an hour

Location:  Lebanon, PA 17046
Shift- 1st 7-3:30PM

3 most important things client needs this person to have- Must have experience working as a fabricator or some type of Manufacturing experience Must be able to be on their feet for 8 hours Ability to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50 pounds RESPONSIBILITIES Apply glue & jacketing as needed to different products. Assist saw operators with material handling, as needed. Once trained, cut metal strapping & jacketing as directed. Assist with fabrication of roll goods & prepare items for packaging. Perform general maintenance help as needed, including sweeping & removing trash. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations, keeping the fabrication area clean and organized daily. Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures. Ability to work in a team-based environment. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to check the quality and timeliness of own work. Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities. Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed. Any other projects/duties, as assigned by management. REQUIRMENTS High school diploma with proven warehouse experience. Team player with organizational skills Manufacturing Experience (at least 6 months) Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
