We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator – Pipe Fabrication to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Groveport, OH. Supportive team environment focused on safety and precision. **What You’ll Do:** **Machine Operation & Pipe Fabrication** Operate band saws, automatic welding machines, and other fabrication tools. Set up and maintain machines for cutting, threading, and beveling pipes. Measure and cut pipe using tape measures, torches, and saws. Inspect and ensure quality using gauges and measurement tools. **Material Handling & Logistics** Move loose or bundled pipes throughout the shop and yard. Assemble pipe orders and maintain an organized workspace. Follow safety protocols when fabricating, cutting, assembling, stacking, and shipping. Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, hoists, etc.) per OSHA and Ferguson standards. **Quality Control & Safety** Measure, record, and add random pipe lengths accurately. Perform routine quality checks using gauges and other measuring tools. Inspect and maintain forklift equipment as needed. Follow all OSHA and Ferguson safety guidelines. **What We’re Looking For:** **Experience & Skills** Six to eight months of recent experience with machinery, band saws, and automatic welding machines. Mechanical background (auto mechanics, machinery maintenance, diesel, farm equipment, etc.). Ability to read a tape measure accurately and use measurement gauges for quality control. Strong math skills for calculating product quantities. Experience operating industrial machinery (pipe cutting/threading equipment preferred). **Work Ethic & Teamwork** Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and safety. Good oral and written communication skills. **Requirements:** High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume). Forklift assessment required. Background check required (no exceptions). **PPE & Dress Code:** Safety shoes required (confirmation provided in start details).
