We're looking for a Fabric Engineer to join our FM team based in Wiltshire.
Location: Wiltshire - Multi Site. This is a mobile role.
Contract: Full Time - 40 hours per week. Call out required. Permanent.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Fabric Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities Team, supporting them in PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.
Your day to day will include:
Carry out general maintenance and repairs to building fabric, including carpentry, painting, plastering, and minor plumbing tasks. Conduct routine inspections and ensure buildings are kept in safe, operational condition. Respond to reactive maintenance issues and resolve problems efficiently. Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency repairs to make safe fabric and plumbing issues.

Proven experience in building maintenance, repair, or related fields. Valid driving license. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Flexibility to be part of an on-call rota for emergency call-outs.
