Responsibilities:Develop and implement process integration strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency.Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in process integration or a related engineering field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in process integration or semiconductor manufacturing.Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects and implement process improvements.Process Integration Engineering
