Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Fab - Paint Line Worker - WKND Shift to join our team at the Arden, NC site. The hourly rate for this position is $19.50 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Job responsibilities: • Perform initial set-up for machine operation • Operate equipment/machinery to produce painted parts • Maintain inventory of supplies necessary to perform daily operations of paint line • Perform quality checks to ensure quality standards are met • Perform necessary operator maintenance on fabrication equipment • Provide on-the-job training as needed • Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily • Flex to perform other responsibilities as needed **Qualifications:** Required (Basic) Qualifications: • No relocation is being offered for this role.  All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Arden, NC facility.  Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in Fabrication • Past experience with powder coat **Skills:** • Able to lift to 35 pounds – waist, shoulder, overhead • Proven history of safe work habits • Must be able to work effectively without direct supervision • Must be able to work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment • Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, machine-specific programs, etc. • Must be able to work overtime – weekdays and weekends We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
