職責和任務

12小時輪班制（每6~7個月會輪班白夜班）（工作兩天休息兩天，一次工作12H，須配合日夜輪調）需要管理與支配當班線上人員, 共同完成任務 能夠承受高強度工作壓力監督生產線狀態（工具、WIP...）並配合達到最佳生產績效（產量、週期時間...）分析生產相關數據並動態提供策略以實現生產。相關KPI目標持續改進，例如工作量減少、損失時間RPT OI調度Q時間控制...等。引導操作人員及時監控生產狀況並回饋產能問題。能夠同時管理多個任務，並提供給定時間軸內重點關注的指南優先順序。具有準確分析和解釋數據的能力。在團隊建立、指導和輔導方面表現出卓越的表現良好的溝通及人際溝通能力良好的學習態度與正向的觀念有生產線管理經驗熟悉Microsoft Office、Excel、PowerPoint、OneNote願意輪班工作（白天或晚上，42班或EF班（週五、週六休息/週日、週一公休））能夠以英語進行報告提高使用率最大化產能Microsoft Office的應用tableau的應用調度規則最佳化
