Qualifications
As an F&I Manager with Lithia & Driveway (LAD), you will be empowered with the resources and support needed to get every driver into the perfect deal.
2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience REQUIRED.Outstanding Communication skills both written and verbal REQUIRED.Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency REQUIRED.ADP/CDK experience PREFERRED.What we offer

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
