Experienced Automotive F&I Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven F&I Manager with a passion for luxury vehicles? Mercedes-Benz of Des Moines is looking for an experienced professional to join our team and provide exceptional financial services to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

Maintain strong lender relationships and secure the best financing options

Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and contracts

Provide a seamless and professional customer experience

Interact with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Follow-up with customers as courtesy reminder for purchased products requiring customer action (ex. Protective coating applied)

Assist Sales Team with customer engagement in the sales department during peak traffic times.

Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership

Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and compliance

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

High ethical standards and commitment to customer service

Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, or similar software is a plus
