What will I be doing?
As an F&D Guest Relations Team Member, you will serve on the Food & Drinks Team. An F&D Guest Relations Team Member truly influences the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\nGreet and Welcome Guests: Ensure a warm and friendly reception for all guests.
\n\n\n\nHandle Inquiries and Complaints: Address guest inquiries about the menu, services, and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.\nCoordinate with other TMs: Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.\nMonitor Guest Satisfaction: Gather feedback from guests to improve services and ensure a high level of satisfaction.\nAssist with Special Requests: Handle special requests such as dietary needs, special occasions, and seating arrangements.\nPromote Services: Inform guests about special offers, events, and promotions.\nMaintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers.\n\n\nWhat are we looking for?
