Job Description

The Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator supports the Assistant Food and Beverage Sales Manager and the sales team in driving revenue and achieving sales goals. This role is crucial in coordinating and facilitating the smooth execution of sales activities related to food and beverage. The Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator assists in managing inquiries, responding to client requests, and preparing sales proposals and contracts. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, offering personalized solutions and ensuring a seamless booking process. Additionally, the Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator collaborates with various departments within the hotel, such as culinary and food & beverage service teams, to ensure the successful execution of events and deliver exceptional guest experiences. They assist in maintaining accurate sales records, generating reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.

Qualifications1-2 years of experience in F&B sales, event coordination, or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
