Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include: + Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to effectively train and develop a team of skilled colleagues to service the facility's beverage outlets + Assist with menu planning and offer support to servers and bartenders during peak periods + Maintain a working knowledge of local laws and company policies as it pertains to facility food & beverage service, and ensure team members are properly trained in responsible alcohol service + Work with team leaders to creatively enhance the participant experience within beverage outlets through collaboration with facility leaders and outside vendors + Work closely with Event Planning team to ensure effective scheduling of beverage team members to ensure a seamless F&B experience by all participants + Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures + Monitor and control budgets with a focus on facility beverage cost and inventory control Hyatt colleagues work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards.
