Job Description

 

As a Food & Beverage Manager you’ll bring a fresh perspective and a whole lot of personality to your team.

You'll need to be confident in your abilities, have a passion for delivering great food and drink experiences, and be able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personability.

This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage to ensure they uphold the highest standards.

Beyond that, you’ll navigate the intricate web of health and safety regulations to prioritise everyone's well-being and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive our mission to becoming the UK’s most loved Casinos.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

Experience as a general manager, assistant manager, or F&B manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisationA good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industryMinimum level 3 food safety. (Either current or expired)A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customers.
