The F&B Assistant Manager is an integral part of the Food & Beverage Team whose main objective is to ensure an elevated, luxurious beverage experience for guests.
This role requires a passion for all things cocktail and F&B, from the creative elements to the daily tasks, ensuring a smooth and finely tuned operation and exceptional luxury service.
By motivating, inspiring and leading by example, you will lead a group of F&B professionals to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while representing the Four Seasons brand and complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What You Will Do
Lead the Champagne Bar's daily operation
Manage a team of F&B professionals including coaching, developing, educating and ensuring polished presentation and highly skilled service
Implement strategic plans for long term success
Support the goals and objectives for the F&B operation
Be visible and accessible for guests and staff
Manage budgets and inventories
Drive revenue
Partner with F&B leadership team to ensure effective communication and consistency in the guest experience
What You Bring
The ability to motivate and inspire a team and an understanding of the best practices for leadership
Passion, creativity and innovation
Solid knowledge of F&B Programming and Processes
A natural curiosity to learn more, and a willingness to collaborate
The ability to develop skills and talents in others
2-5 years experience in F&B management

Schedule & Hours:
• Full Time variable schedule based on business needs
This position will begin on December 1st
