As EY Fabric Activation Lead, you will work with technologists, business professionals, and development specialists, blending EY’s deep industry knowledge and innovative ideas with our platforms, capabilities, and technical expertise. You will be at the forefront of integrating emerging platform technologies into every aspect of what we do at EY, driving growth, learning opportunities, career choices, and making a real impact in the working world. As the Fabric Activation Lead, you will support Client Technology leadership, EY business leadership, and EY clients in achieving the most value from the technology platforms. You will lead the Activation team, serving as the primary initial technical contact for customers, ensuring they understand how the technology platform can solve their real-world business problems. You will also design, develop, and own all business intelligence of the platform, incorporating appropriate data analytics and business intelligence methodologies to provide insight on platform usage for strategic decisions by leadership. **Your key responsibilities** + **Strategic Marketing and Community Engagement:** Design, own, and execute the strategy for platform marketing, positioning the platform as a leading business platform in the market. This includes industry analyst participation, technology blog creation, and more. You will also drive community engagement through marketing, training, focus groups, and external work with analysts to establish the technology platforms as key assets across EY and in the industry. + **Business Intelligence and Analytics:** Develop and deploy platform business intelligence-based visual management systems across all platform areas. Provide deep business intelligence information on consumption and platform trends to drive strategic decisions. + **Know Your Customer:** Develop and implement robust customer segmentation strategies to deeply understand and target diverse client groups effectively. Analyze demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data to identify key segments and tailor marketing strategies to meet their specific needs. Utilize advanced analytics to monitor customer trends and preferences, ensuring that the platform's offerings are aligned with market demands and customer expectations. Strengthen customer relationships by delivering personalized experiences and solutions that drive engagement and loyalty. + **Thought Leadership and Evangelism:** Evangelize crucial programs to stakeholders, partners, industry analysts, conferences, and customers to gain buy-in. Leverage data and performance metrics to demonstrate the value of the platform and show business impact. + **Awards and Recognition:** Design, own, and execute the strategy for pursuing and winning relevant industry awards to increase platform awareness while also recognizing the hard work of all the platform teams. **Skills and attributes for success** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, preferred. + More than 18 years in a technical, technical training, or technical marketing role. + More than 8 years of experience in a customer-focused, community relationship-building role. + Superior internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate, and influence strategic outcomes with C-level executives. + Deep understanding of cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options in one or more clouds: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS). + Experience managing and leading global teams in a matrixed organization. + Ability to translate technology concepts and solutions into business impact to help gain market share and vice versa. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. + A leader and strategic thinker that can execute. **What we offer** The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $162,200 to $312,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $194,600 to $354,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
