As a Loader /Excavator Operator you will support plant needs by ensuring a safe and productive work environment. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use different skills every day as you learn the aggregate industry and fill in for vacancies in various areas of our plant.

What We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required3 yrs experience operating Loaders and Excavators (WA-600 and Cat 354)Previous experience in an open pit mine is an assetDesire to work cooperatively as part of a productive teamAbility to work safely, and independently without constant supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapable of learning through on the job trainingAble to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditionsAbility to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime required
