The External Workforce Center (EWFC) partners with the business to engage a compliant external workforce that delivers on the business needs.
The EWFC provides managers with the resources required to engage External Workers in a positive and compliant way. This includes implementing and administering guidelines, policies, and processes for managers which help them engage with External Workers in their daily operations.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Effectively communicating and resolving manager, third party vendor, and External Worker
escalations forwarded by EWFC Associates.
• Closely cooperating with other organizations (e.g. Legal, Compliance, IT) to resolve issues that
require third level support.
• Respond to queries related to External Workers through phone calls, online tickets and e-mails from
managers/colleagues and third party vendors.
• Acting as a consultant to managers to educate them on the correct engagement of External Workers
ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Executing and enhancing complex processes supported by the EWFC organization.
• Partnering with other stakeholders – Procurement Operations, GPO, Accounts Payable in order to
improve the process to make as simple as possible for our customers.
• Auditing and updating the Knowledge Base and other resources used by the team as well as
supporting knowledge transfer to EWFC Associates.
• Designing and auditing inquiry and data handling processes.
• Supporting reporting requirements.
• Supporting projects as assigned.
• Focuses on cooperation and consultation with other functional HR Consultant roles as well as with
HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
• Additional responsibilities are required such as supporting global/multi-country projects.

• Good knowledge of the external workforce/services procurement processes
• Ability to manage escalations and strong focus on execution
• Need to be always up to date with changes in the organization
• Supports the implementation of change initiatives
• Ability to identify the core of complex issues by analysing available information
• Knowledge of operational excellence basics
DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience with enterprise software such as SAP Fieldglass, Ariba or other business applications
such as CRM, ERP, or financial systems
• Experience of HR, Procurement or Finance processes within a large enterprise
• Undergraduate degree
The work delivery location is at the SAP Philippines, Inc. office at the Robinson’s Cyberscape Gamma in Ortigas. The shift is from 8pm to 5am MNL (or 9pm to 6am MNL depending on US DST) from Monday to Friday. SAP has implemented a global Pledge to Flex hybrid working policy which only requires employees to collaborate at the office 3x a week (the schedule is dependent on the business needs and the requirements of the team).
