We currently have an EXPRESSION OF INTEREST for highly motivated Superintendents to join our VIC Operations team, with both onshore and offshore opportunities available on a long term oil and gas contract.

Key responsibilities include:

Allocate work and provide direction to relevant trades specific work requirementsSupervise, coach and mentor direct reports; ensure that site workers have the necessary competencies to undertake assigned tasks.Communicate with client representatives on a day-to-day basis, to plan work keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work required. Identify and drive cost savings and safety improvement initiatives and report on lessons learned and completion/outcomes to the business.
