ABOUT THE ROLE

To succeed in this role you must be passionate and committed!

Drive and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and VM principles through store presentation Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities to vary VM Brief to maximise sales Review store profits to ensure all stores are operating at optimal shop profit levels Create and maintain positive working relationships with RM’s to deliver business outcomes Coach all new Store Managers on VM standards using VM training plans and provide ongoing feedback Support the Brand team in recognising and contributing to VM succession planning Establish a flexible plan to ensure all stores within the state/region receive regular quality VM support Comply with and drive Health & Safety Policies and Procedures This role will includes working on key trade days outside of a Mon to Fri roster as required (eg Black Friday, Boxing Day)
