Export Coordinator
As an Export Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison between market groups, international customers, and carriers, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of the company's products. You will be responsible for planning and organizing shipments, managing shuttle transport, and ensuring financial accuracy in transport services. In this role, you'll also play an essential part in ensuring seamless product availability across both European and non-European markets. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to align with business priorities like Quality, Cost, and Service will be central to your success.
What are we looking for?
A higher education degree, preferably in business or a technical field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics – but not limited to this).Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a minimum B2 level.Strong computer skills, with a solid understanding of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Ability to navigate and manage ambiguity.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a significant advantageExperience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.Familiarity with SAP (ATLAS), PDLS, and Transwide is a plus.What will be your key responsibilities as Export Coordinator?
You will plan and organize shipments, ensuring accurate deliveries to market warehouses.You will manage in-house customs clearance and ensure compliance with both local and international transportation regulations.Handle freight claims through the UCS (Unit Complaint System) and represent the Production Planning and Supply Division.Oversee accurate transport payment accounting and ensure compliance with state authority requirements.You will foster collaboration with carriers and warehouses to drive logistics synergies.Participate in the Quality Hold & Release System to manage the quality of finished products.Maintain export levels of finished goods in factory warehouses.Drive cost-saving initiatives within the FtW and S&H LCC group and reduce COGS.Ensure shipment quality and manage timely delivery, minimizing CSL losses.You will manage inventory levels for export, control transport costs, and ensure proper cost allocation between departments.Forecast and report on supply chain developments to manage risks and ensure availability.What can you expect from Mars?
