Ideal line cooks must possess a strong culinary mindset and skillset, demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques with keen attention to detail. Must have effective communication skills and the ability to seamlessly work in a faced paced environment. Have a passion for delivering exceptional quality dishes and keeping a well-organized, clean, and sanitized workstation. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time and lift 25 pounds at a time.
